About the Role
Would you like to join our small but dynamic team looking after the 7 bed Paediatric ward and SCBU unit? Our busy and dedicated team make a difference to our patients and their whanau.
We have a part time permanent position working 24 hours per fortnight (0.3 FTE) available working across Monday to Sunday rostered and rotating shifts,

The ideal candidate will have:
We are looking for experienced Registered Nurse with previous experience in Paediatrics and SCBU. SCBU training can be considered at a later date if appropriate.
Applications will be considered from;
- Registered Nurse with New Zealand Nursing Council registration and holds a current practicing certificate (APC)
- Registered Nurses who have proven clinical skills in nursing with at least 1 year post grad experience in acute medicine, surgery or paediatrics.
- This role will spend significant time nursing in the paediatric ward, therefore paediatric experience is preferred.
- If you are a nurse that likes variety in placement and the challenge of adapting quickly and easily to different clinical areas, then this may be the job for you.
